Co-op 2.0, A new beginning………………….

I’ve had 18 years to think about this day….. there was no way I could imagine what all the crap and good times would come along with me.  And all of the people that have caught onto this dream.  Recently I’ve had to boil all of that down to this post right here and of course you guys knowing me I can’t ever say anything fast…. I promise I’ll cut myself as much as I can but there are some things I need to say to many of you out there right now so what can I say but here we go:

If all things lead you to where you are today, this has been a bumpy ride…. my banker says “You do what… to what… how many were made… how old are they…. what’s going to happen when you fix them all….  I mean come on, if we spit out 1 a week by the time we were done we would be redoing the first ones we did!  It’s a limitless supply of raw materials….. sounds all good but how the heck to you have the collective group of talented people it would take to really do the job and really make that many exciting dreams come true.

The mission statement in my original business plan was “There is a lagitimate income derived from helping people”.  I’ve been laughed at as the offer was taken advantage of, I’ve been supported by far more people than you can imagine though and out of all that MY dream has come alive.  Cooperative Motor Works, inc. was maybe a stupid dream of someone that gets wayyyy to passionate about what he’s doing… I’ll accept that…. the funny thing is there are other people who have had the same dream and now we are together.  All the small things in life have to fall away of importance when something comes along that impresses you…. all of you, everyone now involved and the doors that have been opened to us now… I’m impressed.

And the part that has impressed me most is that it’s all about so many people all pushing in the right direction.  As a good southern red neck should… I know where I was and what I was doing when Lynard Skynard’s plane crashed…. I will remember this day….

Gentlemen.. and Ladies, let me introduce you to the new home of Copperative Motor Works, inc.

First-in-9

For you Google maps freaks it’s 6101 Anno Ave., yep bout 100 yards south of our current shop!  Didn’t get the memo on acreage but it’s enough.  The 2 structures total 16,000sf of glorious inside working space!

Blow up that last pic, and you will pick out 11 boxes along the outer wall with 50amp plugs in each!  Yes, the “Co-op RV resort is born….please call for reservations…

Sorry they caught me…. just came up for air….  have to finish things later….
