………….. Nothing left yesterday but many things moved our work load forward. Had to use the “red wrench” to extract this dead brake boosterto make room for this all new setup. Cleaned and painted down to the firewall Ron’s understood presentation will be impress……….. The cabinets are built and finished on this project….things aoghta be going together soon……..stay tuned for this outcome.
stripping the roof to fill 2 vent holes in the front cap……looked to me like deer antler Stubbs……this havta go! This will be an interesting roof finish, we’re doing color keyed epoxy Berliner to cover the 45 years of stuff put up on the roof of the coach. No ladder or rail, after 50, there’s no reason for you to risk falling off the roof! Stay tuned and let’s see how this goes……..
Another aluminum fuel tank is on its way to save a motorhome somewhere. We were right, these 2 original steel fuel tanks are not for our future. Sooner or later you will have one of these or spend MORE 2 get 2 new steel tanks……be sure to carry extra fuel filters!if you dont! Sorry guys , it’s just the truth…….
Here is the steering column lowering kit that comes with Mac’s new dash setups. It drops the column @2″ at the face of the dash and must be used with his new dashes. But if you would like to put your steering column down a little, this kit will work with an original dash…..give him a call. And here’s the all new “ATC” style engine fuse block going into Ron’s restorationwhich will go in as the first improvement in his new inner firewallThere was an electrical fire previous in the coach, that will no longer be a problem
