(Updated) A late start….had to be at the parts house at 8am to get some new 3/8″ vacuum hose for the new master/sensatized booster refit..

……..it’s not al new till it’s ALL new!

This a new suspension product we’re looking to field test.fitted to the rear suspension retaining the original drum brakes it’s called a “reaction arm” system.  Up until this system came out you would be forced to convert your rear brakes to disc which I do not recommend.

What is it?  Under heavy braking, momentum forces the front tandem wheels down which brings the rear 2 wheels up Loosing some traction.

Tom Pryer has been working with system several years.  Recently, he came over giving us the ins and outs of installation of his brainchild.

….  Emergencies mainly, this safety improvement does not compromise the integrity of the original brake system so I’m interested to see just how much benefit there is….stay tuned……

…….more tomorrow…..
