(Updated) A drum roll please……… So whaz wrong wif my motor?………

…… I’ll know more later this morning, Monday’s are not a day to open up another project……and Monday’s for some reason is when folks want to come in to talk …..but still the guys were able to get a basic compression test done

Verdict?…………..Anttiiiiiiiiccccipationnn.

Compression was good…in the 140’s.  Next is to look into oil pressure.  This test points away from cylinders, piston and rings and valve train.

We need to keep searching….oil and vacuum is next…. Stay tuned.

OOPS….FALSE ALARM……. That was the mechanical evaluation from another coach!  Sorry man…..i figured they were working fast getting that done.  It will get some hands laid on today……..stay tuned.

Now that everyone is on task and Eleganza (that big lump there in the middle) I can take a minute to see some stuff……

Here’s the motor with compression in the 140’s.  The ole A6 compressor gave up so we’re switching hoses and compressor to the new Sanden rotary compressor set up…..that project starts today……..

Hey Ron, the sanding Anita did on your seat bases paid off, the muted texture finish looks greatit’s one nice thing about this new process, we can shoot a “harder than woodpecker lips” light to heavy textured Epoxy colored finish for a fresh new look.

caught Robert praying to the wire gods…..were that close!

The day is on….see ya later
